Kiwi Firni

Ingredients
- Rice flour - ½ Cup
- Almond chopped - 3-4
- Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
- Pistachios crushed - 3-4
- Kiwis finely chopped - 3-4
- Sugar Free Natura - 2 pellets
- Milk - 2 cups
Cooking tips
- Garnish it with cardamom powder and serve it cold.
Method
- Boil milk in a cooking pot.
- Start whisking rice flour (with water) until there are no lumps and add the boiled milk.
- Cook until it turns thick. Add the dry fruits and finely chopped kiwi.
- Finally add Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar and mix it well.
- Garnish it with cardamom powder and serve it cold.
