Ingredients
- For the batter:
- Refined flour / maida - 1 cup
- Sooji - ½ cup
- Milk 1 ½ - 2 cups
- Cocoa powder - 3 tsp
- Handful cashews
- Oil
- For the stuffing:
- Coconut - ½ cup
- Milk powder - ½ cup
- Sugar Free Natura
Cooking tips
- Garnish the Patishapta with cashews and serve.
Method
- Stuffing:
- Pulse grated coconut
- 2 pellets of Sugar Free Natura
- Milk powder in a mixing bowl
- Method:
- Make a consistent batter by mixing flour, suji, cocoa powder and milk. Now add coconut stuffing to the batter.
- Make a pancake out of the mix, by heating oil in a pan.
- Garnish the Patishapta with cashews and serve.
