Singhada Cake Rabri
Every layer is filled with intense richness of cream and singhada.

Ingredients
- For Cake:
- Singhada flour - 1 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Bananas - 2
- Cream - ½ cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Sugar Free Natura Powder concentrate - ¼ cup
- For Rabdi:
- Dry fruits - 1 cup
- Milk - ½ cup
- Strands of saffron 3-4
- Cream cheese - ½ cup
- Grated coconut - ½ cup
- For Frosting:
- Whipped cream
Cooking tips
- Top the cake with the prepared rabdi.
Method
- First add singhada flour and baking powder and mix them well.
- Take another bowl add mashed bananas, cream, vanilla essence, Sugar Free Natura powder concentrate and mix it well.
- Make the Rabdi by mixing the grated coconut, milk, dry fruits, cream cheese and saffron.
- Top the cake with the prepared rabdi.
- Bake it at 150 degrees preheat + 20 minutes.
