Sugar Free Ukadiche Modak Recipe for Ganesh Chaturthi

Ingredients
For the filling:
- 2 tbsp Water
- Sugar Free Green
- 2 Cups Grated coconut
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Ghee or oil
- 2 Chopped nuts (optional)
For dough:
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 cup rice flour

Method
1. Prepare the Outer Dough (Cover):
- Boil water and add ghee or oil to it.
- Add rice flour gradually in the water mixture to form a smooth dough.
- Add Sugar Free Green stevia and knead well.
2. Prepare the Filling:
- Add water to a pan and heat it on medium flame.
- Add Sugar Free Green to the water and let it mix.
- Mix grated coconut, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts in a mixing bowl with the sweetened water.
3. Shape the Modaks:
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball into a small disc using a rolling pin.
4. Fill the Modaks:
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the centre and pinch the edges to form a modak shape.

5. Steam the Modaks:
- Arrange the modaks in a steamer or modak mold.
- Steam for about 10-12 minutes until the modaks are cooked and firm.
